Every player managed to play their first move, which is a pass in case of orange.

All stones on the board have liberties, thus no stones are removed from the board.

Any player with 7 stones or less on the board is eliminated at the start of Round 22.
All players enter Round 22 with at least 8 stones, therefore nobody is eliminated.
