Explanation

"Il y'a" is French for "there is", "il n'y a (pas de x)" means "there is no (~thing of x)", so I changed his name accordingly (Ilya Shikshin -> Ilny'a Shikshin; There is Shikshin -> There is no Shikshin). Ilya's camera feed disappeared from the stream for a few seconds (though by the time I'd come up with the joke, he was back again, so the second screenshot is a little bit doctored.).
