If no, I would guess that she might be Greek, due to this comment and where @Gia is from
I wonder if we’ve taken for granted that she’s real, because she has “lots” of older sisters “in a way.”
17b. She did not come from any of the blue countries.
Greek mythology perhaps?
Is this question 18?
- Is she mythical?
- Common consensus is she was a real person, but mythology is intertwined with reality so far in the past.
I think she might be from this list, but I don’t recognize most of them.
Helen of Troy is excluded since Troy existed in modern day Turkey.
I’ll exclude Cleopatra and the Queen of Sheba, since she’s from Europe, but not the western part.
Well, the answer is actually the face that launched a thousand ships.
She may be known as “Helen of Troy” to you because of… I really don’t know how this came to be but nobody calls her that in Greece.
She was Helen of Sparta, very Greek and wife of the very Greek King of Sparta.
I guess I made a mistake in excluding her. The question was not whether she lived in Turkey, but whether she was from there.
The moment you posted it I was about to comment on the blue countries above and the fact that Turkey is included LOL
So I suppose in a way @yebellz guessed it?
I’d say he tenuki’d when he shouldn’t have, but @yebellz you take the next one.
Ok, I’m thinking of a person, a living male.
Just a note, Troy was on the European side, so European continent always. We even refer to that part of Turkey as “European Turkey”. But yes, it is part of an Asian country now.
- Does he have anything on YouTube?
I wasn’t even thinking that specifically, but I appreciate the pedantry. I was just thinking that Troy must have been in the blue part.
- Yes
- Did he move to Japan as a child to learn Go?
- No
