No, Asitaka is. Though you could definitely argue otherwise. She is a very important character, but Asitaka is the thread which links all the other important players (including but not limited to San) together, as well as being the POV character, so I’d say he’s the main character.
I thought this was an easier one compared to all these historical persons people have been guessing somehow, but I’ll try to make the next one easier.
I am thinking of a fictional male.
To your credit, I was kind of close. I was about to edit my last guess, and was thinking whether any Ghibli character would fit. Unfortunately, I hadn’t seen that one yet, it was on my mind for a fleeting second.

I think both “much anime” or “many anime” would be valid, though they would mean slightly different things in English, but the difference wouldn’t really matter in most cases.

I would consider being in lots of anime movies as also being in “a movie”, “a movie” being a strictly weaker claim.
