Tournament Pairing Method Strength doesn't work as expected Bug report

The Great Dragon Of Water 2018 Tournament just started and the pairing seems to be off. The pairing method is Strength but the matchup doesn’t look like strength. The pairings are: 4k-4k, 11k-7k, 13k-10k, 12k-9k, … Strength pairing should more look like 4k-4k, 7k-9k, 10k-11k, 12k-13k, … To me it looks like a bug in the tournament matchmaking. Any objections?
