There’s been a game dump in the past: Can we get an SGF database dump?
Might start with that set, and then contact anoek directly if newer data is needed. It would be a lot more efficient to dump than to scrape.
Edit: ohp I just read through that thread, and it wasn’t really a dump, but it looks like anoek did raise the rate limit for that effort.
