Annulled games do not affect the rating but still resolved as win/loss.

I think we need a link to the game to see. May be there is a glitch on OGS.

BUG: zombies after timeout tournament didn't lose games

Please look here at double elimination tournament There are many zombie players that didn’t play. For example [bgrbrg[5k]] always lose games after timeout without any moves. These players should be disqualified from tournament. But player [bgrbrg[5k]] is still in tournament after 3 timeouts and still “playing”. It is double elimination.
