Hello ! I think I’ve made some progress with the help of an IA . On GitHub the full text..
The past week or so? (I’m actually not sure, I only just realized what was happening today/why I keep almost timing out) I haven’t been receiving any phone notifications for my games. I haven’t changed anything in App notifications – everything is still checked off to Allow notifications, with lock screen, app icon badge, and notification pop-up all selected. I also checked my notifications settings from Android system settings to double check Sente was allowed notifications and that’s good.
Is there anything else I should double check?
I’m on build 833.

In settings there’s a “System notifications” option. If the screen that it takes you shows all the checks are on you should be receiving notifications. If you don’t then that’s a bug.
Does anybody else have this issue?

Yeah, everything is checked off under System notifications.
I think I found it and I fixed it. Yes, it’s 1AM. Yes, it was a silly, 1-line mistake. Yes, I spent the last 6 hours on this 
The release is on autopilot now, it should be with you guys tomorrow.

This time I can’t find anything wrong. I also verified that I am in fact receiving notifications when it’s my turn. Can you please try logging out and then logging back in?

I have an issue : as I can remember the app only showed my rank a few times…Then nothing more at all,at least for the past 6 months..I’ve asked for the others players using your app and playing against me if they can see it and they answered yes…….But I can’t…I’ve already logged in and out, installed and uninstalled , set the “show rank” on and off and nothing…I’ve recently changed the cellphone and the problem persists…Now on Androd 13 in a Redmi 13 C…On my Redmi Pad SE 11 is the same…My old phone was an Samsung A 52 .

@MrAlex Something has changed with the last releases :
- My Rank is appearing now, but it is completely wrong..I’m 25 kyu and it’s showing 30kyu..
- None of the “Profile photos” are being shown, included mine….
I haven’t changed anything related to either profile or ratings in past month, but they both come from the same source, so maybe OGS has changed something. I’ll try to find a time to look at it, but literally had sinus surgery today so it’s a bit low on the priority list

I believe this is one of the cases where some parts of OGS show 25kyu because the handicaps stop changing beyond 25kyu.
The ratings go lower than that, but the rank difference being the number of handicap stops on 19x19 say stops happening after that point.
So just for example your username/rank will show as
while in the game history it shows as
They’re kind of both right in a way.

Oops, I totally didn’t realize you had responded. I havent logged out and in yet, but the notification issue finally resolved itself about a week or two ago. No idea what changed!
