SGF library 500 error on upload

My way of problem solving for "server error 500" uploading

when I attemp to upload a record to the library(in China), I encountered the server error 500. Later, I found the following way to solve the issue, I am not sure if it is a common way to this kind of issue: open the .SGF file I can’t upload to the library, save it as .GIB type file; (I use Stonebase 4.77) open the .GIB file, then I edit the code to Unicode type: [210213] and I save it as to another .SGF file type; upload the new .SGF successfully ~ I think it maybe a issue related to code …
