Truth be told, I do not know. Basically each stone should add (or take away) hypothetical number to your rank so theoretically it could be possible to play against a weaker player but have a higher rank boost because of the excess handicap, but I have no official confirmation for this and am probably not gonna bother devs with it, unless someone REALLY needs to know
