Yeah, that’s why it is testable. 
The whole premise is that you keep the whole idea, but just replace “the bad things will happen” with "good things will happen.
Of course it is not a 100% the same, but it is still as interesting as the first one.
More even, since you can actually test it.
For example, if someone run the experiment with 100 euros and most people pressed “red”, would you still be certain of this statement?:
If people are proven selfish enough to press red for 100 euros, what chance would blue really have with such high stakes as in the original experiment?
