@OGS Connection issues for BT users - and maybe others (update)

I’ve added a settings option to control what network is used for the websocket connection

Fetch API is not a websocket connection. It is a plain HTTP(S) request.

I believe problems is in how OGS handles requests. It is not a network related issue.
