Looks like message saying the report was handled works the same way as message for someone who got warning.

If we are being forced to acknowledge “thanks for your report” it’s definitely a bug: the code is written in a way that tries to not-do that.

Can't join due to active warning

I guess there also may be bug for those who got warning too. I think additional button is needed inside Reports Center. So if message doesn’t load automatically, it will inevitably load if you press this button.
