Need help creating a bot account

Hello! I was trying to activate a go bot on this server with this account, “GoingInsaneBot”, which will belong to my account (“GoingInsane”). I am wondering if there any moderators that can help me with this. This is an exercise I am trying to do for a school project that follows the “Deep Learning and the Game of Go” book by Max Pumperla, if that matters. Thank you!
