I learned to play GO in college in the late 1950’s. After college I had no one to play with, but then I saw the documentary on Alpha-go. So I looked to play on line. I am now playing since January 2022.

Some might call me a spiritual person, as I believe in the principles of the Buddha and Jesus, but do not follow them. I do not believe in anything that is not of the physical world, universe, cosmos; therefore Carl Sagan. I do not idolize or worship him, just admire him.

Like Sagan, i am overwhelmed by the beauty and wonder of our planet, solar system and the entire universe.

As to the situation of the world today: religion, superstition and cults are the cause. Wars used to be about empires (Egypt, China, and the Romans) and then world domination (Napoleon, Hitler and the USSR). But most wars since the Crusades are all about religion. God is the worst invention that mankind has ever made.
