I learned to play from some friends back in Boise Idaho in the 90s. I made it to about 16kyu and then lost contact with all of my Go playing pals. I want to get back into go for the pure pleasure of playing a good game, and eventually hope to become an older professional player. I believe it is possible. That is a long way down the road and I will do my best to relearn and discover the joy I used to have when playing. I am a retired, disabled vet and live in Ohio for now. I hope to make a lot of nice friends here and to be able to offer my opponents a good game everytime.
