2018 Rennes Confucius Cup to be streamed live on EGF Twitch w/ commentary from Fan Weijing 3p

Hi all,

Since the success of the 2018 German Go Championship commentaries, it’s been great to hear from you both online and IRL :slight_smile: We peaked at 8.1k concurrent viewers and 570k+ overall views, and got to introduce the game to many newcomers.

But now there’s more ! Our next event will be the 2018 Rennes Confucius Cup on EGF’s Twitch channel, live from the Brittany Confucius Insitute in Rennes, France. This top-class tournament has 7 rounds over 4 days of competition, and total prize pool is close to 3.000 Euros! You can find out more information here.

@xhu98 is it possible to have the commentary videos re-uploaded?

We are not really planning to release the VODs, as switching back and forth between Chinese/English is really hard for viewers to follow :confused: We’ll do for the other tournaments that are in English only :smiley:
