I’m not too sure about the specifics of this event because information is very scarce and in mysterious language.

Four players:

  • Black: Osawa Kenro 3p & Terada Shuta 1p
  • White: Shimojima Yohei 8p & Yanagisawa Satoshi 5p

Time controls: 50 hours absolute timing

The game is played over many days on Yuugen no Ma. When the play is suspended, player to move seals their move. Discussion between teammates is allowed.

What I’m not clear on is whether discussion takes place only between play or not. Because they specifically denote single players for black and white for each day.

So far 12 days have been played. There’s no full game record anywhere but I recreated it from strategy discussion.

Is it me or is it a little one sided?

It was finished just before the new year.

Really interesting. I wad surprised how long R2 stayed unanswered, and there are other tenukis too.
