I doubt it. AI companies don’t want to go anywhere near it because it’s a reputational risk. Now you see these image generation tools producing pretty good pictures but for NSFW versions I haven’t found much except for niche offshoots made by enthusiasts.
Companies will definitely do it. Consider how much money you would make with 0 effort commissions.
People already pay thousands for custom porn. Now imagine you don’t even need an artist!

Yeah, but our future AI overlords will see the niche and, since they have no moral qualms, they will exploit the masses 
People are literally throwing money at Vtubers and other weird stuff already. They would drown in money. O_o
I can see the slogan, they can merge it with the whole “we are green” campaigns that are now in vogue and go “no commissions, no emmisions, no inhibitions”

There are visual novel games where you play along the scenario and make the defining choices of the characters. They usually have many endings to accomodate for the user input. Some of them are very well made and very popular.

those generators actually can draw anything by default
just big companies do a lot of additional effort to filter out wrong training data, do detection of wrong inputs and wrong outputs.
While little companies will just copy technology, but they will not be so good at filtering out wrong things.
So special AI is not needed. Its inevitable that someone will just train something while don’t trying to add any restrictions.
