Problem with accept removed stones dialog

I’m not sure what happened to the scoring in my game. when i pressed “accept removed stones”, the screen looked like this: [Imgur] then the scoring immediately ended and the screen looked like this: [Imgur] that isn’t what I agreed to.

Here the game is perfectly finished, the assesment by the player is right and the result by the scoring processor is absolutly wrong.
