I created two new tournaments called Primus Inter Pares. The first one is ongoing. The new ones try to use a different formula (Round Rubin). Primus Inter Pares 2 (kyu middle class only) and
Primus Inter Pares 3 (kyu middle class only). But none of them starts although time and number of players conditions are met. What can I do? They can only be seen under my group not on the big list of open tournaments. The limit is ten players and the players are listed including me. Yet, the system says 0/10 players. I tried to drop out my name but the system said “you are not playing this tournament”. Can anyone help me with some advice?
It seems to be some sort of bug. On both tournament pages, I see the text “Tournament starts very shortly”, so perhaps the system does realize that the tournament should start, but it is hung up on something.
On both tournament pages, I (as a moderator) have access to a button to manually “Start Tournament Now”. For the first link that you shared (Primus Inter Pares 2 (kyu middle class only)), I tried pressing that button, but I got the following error pop-up.
I think our developer @anoek will have to take a look at this.
Thanks, yebellz. Indeed I tried that button. I received the same error pop-up.
How can I reach anoek?
I’ve pinged anoek with an @ mention above. I’m sure he’ll take a look at it when he can.
Very kind of you!
I renew my request for help? Any other idea to try?
