Is there any way to reset ranking from 99 board and 1313 board? i just dont want to get overall ranking now
No.
Not 100% sure, but if you just play enough 19x19 games, all other rankings will eventually be discounted to 0 weight in your overall ranking. They will still show up if you look them up, but their influence on your overall rank will disappear.
