I like to play ladders, so I am in all 3 OGS ladders 
But when a ladder game finishes there is no indication in the ladder “block” that I have a new spot free to challenge someone.
I’m also lazy!
So I suggest number of challenges outgoing and incoming are added 
And, if the ladder “block” is going to be changed, also add a measure of what the position in the ladder means (either a percentage or the total number of steps).

I have 145 games and it’s really hard for me to find the time to notice whether the finished game is a ladder game and whether I have a spot on the ladder to challenge.
It usually takes days or even weeks before I realize that the previous ladder game has ended, which is a huge waste of time!
On both the game page and your profile game history, there is the ladder icon displayed if it was a ladder game. The icon on the game page even links to the specific ladder it was from, so as soon as you get the game finished notification you can go straight there and start a new game if you wish. Hope this helps.
