Admin privileges for regular group users

I just created a new group dedicated to beginners, kids. I was surprised to see that any member can create tournaments, and tournament records. I see no settings for these privileges, and since there is no delete button for these records and tournaments it may happen a clutter of tests tournaments and records. Maybe not everybody will be curious to see ”what this button does” but for sure it will be plenty to ruin the aspect of the group page.

How can avoid this to happen?
