AGA scoring and one other question

Hello, in my recent game, my own count and the score estimator have me up over 50 points, but I only won by 15.5. This is my first time using AGA rules. Can someone help me understand what occurred? I am wondering if at the end of the game if some of my live groups got counted against me. I usually play Japanese scoring and have never really needed to mark groups live or dead since the AI gets it correctly.

I was also curious what this number n the lower right side of the board means when viewing active games on my profile. I just realized it doesn’t match komi.

The white group inside black’s group should have been marked as alive but marked as dead.

when you click number of captures inside the game, it counts fully surrounded territory
