AI can talk, not just show us your progress

I was thinking of a new Go website where AI could talk about your moves. We are playing against our opponents. It’s all game over. And you could help players’ abilities reach the level of masters with just talk. A place to guess what AI is in the recipe to say.

As of today, AI cannot teach you. AI can only suggest moves but not why (beyond pourcentages).

I want her to have the ability to teach him verbally. I’m glad that content has been added to all languages in the world, not just English.

What is a Clanker and why do we need this word?

I’m talking about something bigger than what we have today. Software that can talk to you in any language in the world and can explain to you what errors you need to pay attention to. And there will also be several levels of explanation. Explain slowly. Be gentle. Fast.

Check my reply (and the linked post about a Chinese model I tested).

People had tried for decades, even before LLM became the new favorite model. There is simply still a wide gap between low-level features and high-level concepts that current models still can’t handle. A picture, a board, and a string of text, are simply very hard to build a multimodal model to accommodate all of them, let alone running any inference on them.

According to what you said, we are still at a very low level, only 1% of AI.

AI (artificial intelligence was a pretty generic and not very helpful terminology. Mostly in the field, we would use more specific terminologies like machine learning, or LLM, etc. AI is a very broad field, like physics or math, we can do a lot of wonderful things with them (like build rockets to Mars with physics and math), and we know quite deeply in specific areas, but as a whole, there is still so much we don’t know and cannot do.
