I have been using Go Mate AI for a bit. No ads. Google login gives you five games per day. Lots of AI characters across strength bands, with style tags in the mid ranks.
19x19 lets you use hints several times and it shows a few candidate points, which is useful when you freeze. I would not follow the hint every move.
In-app ranks are a feel scale, not OGS rank. There is a review after the game.
