App for practicing invading and defending corners

I keep getting my corners stolen by stronger players.

Is there an app where I can practice defending against an attack in the corner. Eg I have 44 points and get attacked at 33 point?

you can explore joseki

letting 3-3 live under 4-4 stone is not bad

by continue at B you get strong wall that may help later in midgame

or you can play at A instead
then opponent likely will give you the corner, but opponent will get strong shape at the left

its not clear when its better to choose A and when its B

also you can solve tsumego

My fairly inexperienced thoughts are that really defending a corner with a 44 stone means either playing a move there yourself before your opponent invades or as stonedefender says, allowing the invader to live and getting a good result in terms of the outside (i.e. wall facing the best direction). In some cases the “flower joseki” might help you but in general if you are playing 44 in the corner it’s because you don’t really want the corner in the first place.

With just a 4-4 stone, it’s unrealistic to consider the corner area your territory. Even when adding a knight’s move to enclose the corner area more firmly (the most common follow-up nowadays), the opponent may still invade.

When you choose to play 4-4, you should be happy with the influence you get when they invade. If you’re not happy with that, don’t play 4-4 with your first 2 moves. Just play 3-4 or 3-3 moves instead.

I looked at one of your games. In this position you were white

You played A and Black lived. Instead of A you should have played B. If then Black responds with A then you can play C to prevent Black from making two eyes.

In order to be able to find such moves during a game, you can practice tsumegos.
