Hello OGS Moderators,

I would like to set up a bot account.

Bot account: no-search-bot
Owner account: jin.npc

This bot will be clearly labeled as KataGo no-search. It will play unranked games only at first, identify itself in chat as raw KataGo neural-net policy/value with no MCTS/tree search, and run only while my local computer is online.

Could you please flag this account as a Bot and set my main account as its owner?
