Purpose: Verifying the playing strength of the bots in my own Go application. The bot will play rated games so I can confirm its rank matches our internal rating.

And I think that the information “KataGo” has to be added by yourself on the Bot’s profile.
Uhm… sry, I’m not 100% sure but I seem to remember that the ability to play rated games was recently turned OFF for bots.
I’d be thankful if someone could confirm or deny this … maybe I’m just being confused.
