Application for a New Bot Account: yuu-za-

Hello OGS Moderators,

I am developing a small Go AI for a personal research project and would like to register a separate OGS account as a bot.

Bot account: TestBot0000
Owner account: yuu-za-

The bot communicates through GTP and will be connected to OGS using gtp2ogs.

Could you please flag the bot account as a Bot and set my normal account as its owner?
