I’ve signed up for at least two live tournaments, probably more, that didn’t start on time because director was not online. Would it be possible for director to appoint an assistant or two who could start the tournament?

It happend yesterday to our tournament. The TD had troubles with his computer and couldn’t start the tournament. And we could do nothing except hoping he fixes it.
Is it possible to have an easier way to delete a tournament that didn’t work too ? Or it is made on purpose ? (what i can understand ^^)
