if i win a ranked game, and the other person bail on the game what should i do?

If he/she times out the victory is yours anyway, no need to do anything…

i mean, he came back after i posted this question and ended the game, but just so i know for future games
There is a time limit in that phase. It differs according to time settings, but if the opponent does not accept in the allowed time, yours “resolution” will be counted as correct.
