Looks like firefox to me, but I haven’t come across the problem myself.
One thing I’m aware of: firefox has a feature that tries to thwart fingerprinting using canvas. On desktop it looks different, but maybe that’s how mobile looks?

He just replied. Power U10 and Mozilla Firefox.
I asked him to use another browser and it worked well. So yes, it’s probably what @benjito said.
