Blocked from Playing? (resolved)

I seem to be blocked from playing on OGS but have no reason for it. Can I get help/

Hi!
I looked at your profile and your account is not suspended or otherwise limited and never has been.
So I would rather guess there is a problem with your browser setup or something like that, or the app you are using.
Could you tell me what app or browser you are using to access OGS? If it’s via a browser, reloading the page might already help.

Thanks for quick response!

The issue seems to have been solved somehow; I can now request an opponent be found, Before there was a small x in the upper right hand corner of the button. It is no longer showing.

That small “x” means that your browser can’t contact the OGS server - typically an internet connection problem.
