Some of the bots appear to be unhealthy.

What should I do when I observe this? Notify a mod? Something else?

I think to start, you could message the bot owner. In this case, SenseRobot

But after that, yeah mods or anoek I guess.

Looks like that bot is dead for months and still available in Computer list on https://online-go.com/play
Mods should just exclude it from list.
