Hi ! A user mentions this to me and I think I’ve seen it before from other users also :
“When I try to accept a game I get a box that says “you have a warning”, I click OK and nothing, No messages or notifications.”

Hopefully it’s not too obvious to suggest “reload the page”.
The other thing to check is whether they are using a browser or a phone app. If they’re using one of the phone apps, try on a browser.
It now seems obvious: we should immediately show them what the outstanding warning is, as part of that dialog, rather than relying on it to pop up. I’ll see about that.
