I have been able to download sgf reviews from my account and other’s account on chrome OS until today.
Today, I get this error message:

Do you have a browser extension enabled that takes over downloads? That’s not what our download link looks like. Can you try to download it without this extension?
No extension that I know of.
This is a chromebook, though. Not just the chrome browser. I don’t know all the ins and outs of the architecture.
There is a proxy component to all of it.
UPDATE: it is an extension in chrome OS that was invisible to me
I disabled it. And, it is downloading now.
It is quite difficult to remove or even see an extension once you install it in Chrome OS.
