Bugs : Byo-yomi clock countdown sound not functioning and new moves don't appear in real-time games

Hello ! I’ve also filed a report for thé bugs in thé main site, but just experienced a few bizarre bugs – new moves didn’t appear in thé board when playing this game, which meant having to refresh and wait for thé page to reload at each move :

And no byo-yomi clock sounds have been playing since a few hours ago, even though the stone ‘being played’ sounds play.

These are my byo-yomi settings :

Oddly, during thé game with Clossius, I did hear thé light ‘‘tic tic’’ sounds before timing out, despite having them disabled.

Hopefully this helps somehow in resolving thé bugs

Just for clarity, this game was Fischer time. I have also been having stones not load some moves though when running some test on my testing accounts. Had to refresh for each move. Is this a site wide problem? I did use Tsumego Dragon client to play this game.

Ah, yes, apologies for any confusion.

In my experience, thé clock countdown settings function for thé last seconds remaining in thé Fischer clock (counting down from 60 seconds with my settings), but I’ve only been hearing ‘‘4 periods left’’ “3 periods left” etc. in thé past hours in byo-yomi games, and nothing in Fischer games in thé last 60 seconds.

This thing also happened for me when I played from tsumego dragon and on OGS never again. One time I even saw my oppoenent doing a move, I respond, nothing happens, I reload and the move I responded to is in a different place. (Lol)

How recent was this?

@anoek I did test and confirm this bug. When I played myself from Tsumego Dragon → OGS. On TD the moves load fine. But on OGS the move from TD doesn’t show up. BUT the clock does change over and start counting down. So the page received the move and changed the users turn, but did not display the new move. (Until I refreshed the OGS page.)

To test this again, I did the same settings using the same accounts but using OGS → OGS instead and the moves DID show up for both side.

Another test, I tested against my wife’s account last night on TD → TD and the moves showed up for both clients.

Are there any other 3rd party apps that are also sending moves to OGS and not showing up?

I was playing directly on thé OGS website, from téléphone (Androïd with Chrome browser), in case it helps.

Played with someone on stream and it worked fine so idk what’s up.
