I lost many games with that player who, in my opinion, play in a similar way every game but…I lost every game 
I would to improve! How to improve that game?

Consider playing longer games. If you want to improve you need to think about your moves.

@Adam3141’s review is pretty spot on. I only want to add that H8 was sente for White from moves 26-32, and it would have been really huge.
