You might want to provide some details like: version of OS X, version of Safari, what AV or security software you are using. Safari has a Developer menu not available unless you can turn it on that might provide some details; If you don’t see the Develop menu in the menu bar, choose Safari > Preferences, click Advanced, then select “Show Develop menu in menu bar.”
P.S.: Do you have any other browsers to use? (just set it up to keep google out of your business.)

One day everything worked fine, the next can’t establish a secure connection. Same thing in Firefox but Vivaldi and Opera will establish connection. I sent detailed info to the developers but have had no response.

After the new version, the chat is not visible in Safari 10.0.3 on OSX. Anyone else having this problem? Need to switch to Chrome to read chat ;(
The problem was encountered in the WebShield part of Avast. I entered an exception for site in Avast. I still got a problem: Safari can’t verify identity of online-go.com , certificate is invalid. Now the image of the bottom level certificate says it’s valid. Strange. [image]
I have gotten the following error in both Chrome and Safari for the last ten days or so: “This site cannot be reached. Online-go.com unexpectedly closed the connection.”
Am I the only apple user having any issues? Is this a bug that will be fixed or is there something I can do on my end? Thanks kindly for any thoughts!
OSX 10.9.5, Firefox 51.0.1 uptodate as of now.

Hello All,
There have been a number of reports of folks seeing only a blank screen when accessing OGS. This seems to happen on several devices and several browsers, but I have not been able to reproduce it.
If you have a device that is exhibiting this behavior and are able to access the debug console, I would greatly appreciate any error messages that you see there.
