Challenge never gets accepted then automatically cancels

This happens intermittently, but daily if I’m playing a lot:

I’ll create a custom game, and no one accepts it. After a while I’ll refresh the page, see my challenge in the list for a few seconds, then it disappears. No game has been started and there’s no record of it on my profile.

Anyone else?

This still happens pretty regularly.

Maybe someone accept it and then quickly cancelled? It may not appear in your game history.
