It’s a Swiss tournament in 4 rounds, with a starting bonus point for players above 18k and a second bonus point for players above 14k.

It is just that in this topic there were only those two games, without any context and I couldn’t figure out what sort of tournament it was, how many players, rounds and so forth, so I had to google it and find that link to figure it out. Therefore, once I located that information I just shared it in case someone else was curious about it.
