Hi I need to change my payment method. I was using paypal before but my account gets hacked and I’d like to change to another payment method. I tried Support Online-Go.com but there’s no change payment method button. How can I do this? Thanks!
Hi, thanks for supporting. I think the way to do this is to cancel and restart a new payment. However if you have an old rate locked in then you’ll lose that in which case I think anoek will need to look at it for you.
