Hello, since yesterday for some reason when on mobile data I can’t connect to online-go.com. I get stuck on an “infinitely loading” page like below. This is using Safari. Usually with a small loading bar that just never finishes. Upon checking the other similar topics, someone suggested checking nslookup, attached a screenshot below, generated via the iSH app.
So I have two sim cards both with mobile data, switching between the two the same issue persists. I also tried using my iPhone as a hotspot to a laptop, I use Brave Browser on that one, and the same issue occurs.
However, I was actually able to connect to the site using mobile data at around 7pm UTC, October 6, 2025. So I erroneously thought that perhaps a maintenance was just being done. A few hours later however, and at the time of posting, the site is inaccessible again.
Using my ISP though right now with WiFi, with the same browsers and devices being used, the website loads ok. Hence, my being able to post this post. I can’t figure out what the issue is for why the site won’t load with mobile data, and I figure it’ll be faster to ask here instead of asking one of my mobile carriers. I highly doubt they’re blocking online-go.com as my country doesn’t block any site as far as I’m aware. And I was able to access OGS ok on mobile the day before yesterday, and ever since I started playing on OGS
If it in anyway helps, the issue persisted for my phone before I updated it to iOS 18.7.1 yesterday, and also after I updated it to it.
