Recently the Correspondence Weekly McMahon 19x19 tournament is being cancelled because the number of signed up players hasn’t reached the minimum number of 60 players.

I notice that it’s an automatic tournament, is there a reason for the minimum of 60 players?

Yeah the lower limit of 60 players seems excessively high
