Accidentally deleting a branch in the analysis is not really the end of the world. If you can’t reproduce it … well… 
On the other hand, I find it a bit of a pain cleaning up a tree being asked if I want to delete the branch each time…

Agree. I’ve never accidentally clicked “delete branch”, not even once.
I want to delete branches frequently in case admins somehow find them and don’t realize that I’m playing out sequences ironically.
Started a new feature request but noticed this already exists.
