Accidentally deleting a branch in the analysis is not really the end of the world. If you can’t reproduce it … well… 
On the other hand, I find it a bit of a pain cleaning up a tree being asked if I want to delete the branch each time…
It’d also be nice to have a keyboard shortcut to delete branches
