In this game, we couldn’t get my territory to be counted properly even though the score estimation got it right. Did we miss something?

Did you marked what stones are dead? Did you both tried to accept those dead stones?
Had the scoring glitch out during a recent teaching game with an 18k, come to think of it. it kept registering most of the board as dame, but we eventually got it to work just by rejecting scoring and going back in often enough. I’d link, but I don’t think it would show the problems in the move list.
Yes, we marked the correct stones as dead but it still didn’t count my left territory.
