Creative Fuseki series - the Onishi double 3-3 off Tengen Cosmic opening

Onishi Ryuhei (7p, 大西竜平, famous for using unorthodox openings) played this on July 31, Japanese Tengen title preliminary against Shibano Ryunosuke (Shibano Toramaru’s brother), and won.

And the idea is pretty simple, play both 3-3 for stability and basic territory, and then play any approach moves to the opponent’s corner, and favoring outside influence, then play in the Tengen area a bit off center close to the double 3-3. If the opponents develop one of the corners, just build the diagnal moyo from the other corner, if the opponents choose to counter attack by approaching 3-3, run it toward the center like most Cosmic style would do.
