Disable scrolling while using mouse wheel to navigate moves

I have two monitors, one portrait and one landscape. If I try using the mouse wheel to navigate between moves while the browser is on the portrait screen it will both navigate through the moves on OGS and scroll down the browser window. Is it possible to disable scrolling while the mouse is over the top of the game board?

I confirm that this happens to me if I have “scroll to navigate” enabled in game settings. Presumably the “wheel” event just needs to be handled better.

Seems like I can hold Shift while scrolling to work around it.
